Nigeria has recorded 649 new COVID-19 cases bringing the total of confirmed COVID-19 cases in the country to 22,020.
This was confirmed on Wednesday night by the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC).

A breakdown of cases by states show Lagos remaining the epicentre of the virus infections in the country with 9,323 confirmed cases. Next are the FCT and Kano with 1,622 and 1,191 cases respectively.
