Nigeria on Tuesday recorded 252 new cases of the novel coronavirus bringing the total number of confirmed COVID-19 cases in the country to 52,800.
The latest development was disclosed in a tweet by the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) via its official twitter handle.
