Barr. (Mrs.) Ayodele Toyin Ibojiemenmen is a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria. Her unwavering commitment to excellence has uniquely positioned her as a driving force in the delivery of quality education in Nigeria. Her passion for the education sector led her to transition her skills into educational administration. Today she has achieved remarkable success.
Ayodele Toyin Ibojiemenmen who hails from Ondo City in Ondo State, was born into the royal family of HRH Bola Adegunloye. She attended Acada Primary School Lagos for her First School Leaving Certificate and Latmos Comprehensive College Egbe, also in Lagos, for her Senior Secondary School Certificate. She later earned a Diploma in Law from the University of Ibadan.
Her passion for marketing led her to study for a B.Sc in Marketing from Lagos State University. However, her calling in law propelled her to earn an LLB (Hons) from the University of Lagos. That was followed by her immediate enrollment at the Nigerian Law School.
Called to the Nigerian Bar in 2018 as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, she is a member of the International Law Association (ILA), Institute of Chartered Mediators and Conciliators (ICMC), and Federación Internacional de Abogadas (FIDA)—the International Federation of Women Lawyers.
Her transformative journey into education began in 2016, driven by a desire to impact the sector profoundly. As Board Member and Chief Operating Officer of Phostine Premium Schools, Isheri Oshun, Lagos, she has elevated the institution from obscurity to a renowned brand in just three years through technology integration and innovative strategies, reshaping public perception of primary education in its catchment area and beyond.
Phostine boasts the highest growth in Facebook followership among Lagos schools (22,000 in two years), serving as a benchmark for others. The school pioneered 3-D animation production in its ICT unit without consultants—the first primary school to do so—and has clinched laurels in Spell Africa Competition, National Spelling Bee, Science Olympiad, and advances in National Mathematics Competition. Under her leadership, Phostine has earned awards like Most Innovative School, Tech-Savvy School, and Alimosho Heroes Award.
Focused on child rights, including education and health, Mrs. Ibojiemenmen engages decision-makers, embraces challenges, and exchanges ideas with education and legal leaders for the Nigerian child’s benefit. Honoured as Matron of Power of God Restoration Assembly for her service to humanity and faith commitment, she is happily married to Dr. Celestine Ibojiemenmen who is the Chairman of Phostine Premium Schools and blessed with three children.
It was in recognition of her accomplishments and contribution to national development in the sphere of Development, Management and Delivery of Quality Education that Barr. (Mrs.) Ayodele Toyin Ibojiemenmen was deemed worthy to be conferred with the Woman of Merit Gold Award.
