Federal High Court Judge, Justice Adeniyi Ademola has formally withdrawn from hearing the cases involving former National Security Adviser, Sambo Dasuki and IPOB leader, Nnamdi Kanu.
Citing intimidation and harassment of his person by the Department of State Services, the judge claimed his current travails in the hands of the DSS who arrested him and six other judges on corruption allegations were because he granted bail to Dasuki and Kanu.
The judge said there are allegations of corruption from the DSS against him who is prosecuting Dasuki’s case and that it would be improper for him to continue with the case.
