Former Secretary to the Government of the Federation, Babachir Lawal, has pleaded not guilty to the fraud charges brought against him by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission.
Babachir Lawal was in court to face charges levelled against him by the commission.
The EFCC had filed a 10-count charge bordering on conspiracy and fraud against him and others namely Hamidu David Lawal, Suleiman Abubakar and two companies, Rholavision Engineering Ltd and Josmon Technologies Ltd.
The Abuja High Court has adjourned his trial to February 13.
