Nigeria on Monday confirmed 410 fresh COVID-19 cases bringing the total number of recorded cases in the country to 49,895.
The latest figures were disclosed by the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) via its official twitter handle on Tuesday night.

Of the 49,895 confirmed cases, 37,051 persons have been discharged after successful treatment and 981 deaths have been recorded.
The novel coronavirus has killed at least 774,832 people globally with 21,936,820 recorded and 13,623,700 recoveries.
