The industrial action initiated by the Nigerian Association of Road Transport Owners has been halted.
This decision comes after a meeting with the Federal Government on Monday. NARTO members ceased operations on the same day. Their primary concern has been the exorbitant cost of diesel necessary to fuel their trucks for transporting petroleum products nationwide.
According to oil marketers, diesel prices ranged from N1,250 to N1,400 per liter, varying by location, as reported last Thursday.
