Mr. Tobe Nnadozie is a seasoned professional known for his extensive innovation and digital technology expertise. With a career spanning over three decades across private and public sectors, Tobe has navigated diverse roles and industries with notable success.

Beginning in the Oil and Gas sector, Tobe transitioned to a pivotal role within the Federal Government before dedicating nearly 20 years to the Financial Services industry. He has held senior management positions in prominent banks and insurance firms, specializing in retail and business banking, transaction banking, and risk management.

Tobe’s academic journey includes earning an MBA from Bangor University in Wales, complemented by certifications as a Fellow of the British Computer Society and a Chartered Banker. He also holds a Master’s degree in Information Technology and completed the Advanced Management Program at the prestigious Lagos Business School (AMP 26). He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Bankers, Nigeria (CIBN).

Focusing on enterprise architecture, electronic channel strategy, and organizational restructuring, Mr. Tobe Nnadozie drives impactful change through his expertise in project management and innovation. He has successfully developed finance products and go-to-market programs that resonate across diverse consumer segments, emphasizing innovation and enhancing customer experience.

Beyond his professional achievements, Tobe is passionately committed to mentoring young professionals, guiding them through their career journeys with joy and satisfaction.

Currently serving as the Divisional Head of Technology and Innovations at Central Securities Clearing System Plc, Mr. Tobe Nnadozie spearheads efforts to drive technological advancements and foster innovation in the financial services landscape.

It was in recognition of his immense contribution to national development in the area of Information Systems and Technology Management in Nigeria that Mr. Tobe Nnadozie was deemed worthy to be conferred with the Nigerian Achievement Award.
