Wife of Nigeria’s President, Aisha Buhari has called on all women leaders of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) to be committed towards enthroning peace and unity among party members.

Mrs. Buhari gave the urge on Monday when the coalition of APC women leaders from the 36 states of the federation and the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) paid her a courtesy call at the Presidential Villa in Abuja.

At the meeting which was the First Lady’s first official engagement in 2018, she tasked the women leaders to champion the cause of the women folk and bridge the widening gap  women and their mail copatriots at both  state and grassroots levels.

While appreciating the APC women for organizing women in developmental projects, Aisha Buhari assured them of a faster rate of inclusion in economic activities and empowerment in all areas of life.
