Ganduje Nominates Gawuna As New Deputy Governor Of Kano State

Kano State Governor, Umar Ganduje, has nominated his Commissioner for Agriculture,  Dr Nasiru Yusuf Gawuna, for the position of Deputy Governor.

This revelation was made in a tweet by Salihu Tanko Yakassai, the Special Assistant to the governor on Media.

The tweet read:

H.E @GovUmarGanduje has officially submitted the name of Dr Nasiru Yusuf Gawuna to Kano State House of Assembly today, as his nominee for the Deputy Governor of Kano State. Hon. Gawuna is the current Commissioner for Agric & was 2 term Nasarawa Local Govt Chairman. KANO TA DINKE🕺 pic.twitter.com/vxW1Q50c9l

The governor forwarded Gawuna’s name to the State House of Assembly on Monday. Hon Gawuna is the current Commissioner for Agric & was 2 term Nasarawa Local Govt Chairman.”
