
Croatian Skipper, Luka Modric has won the FIFA Best Men Player for the year 2018. He beat former team mate Christiano Ronaldo and Egyptian striker Mo Salah.
Luka has had a fantastic year. He won the UEFA Champions league for a consecutive third time for Real Madrid and took an underdog side, Croatia to the FIFA World Cup in Russia.
With this win, Luka has ended the Ronaldo and Messi dominance of the award for the last ten years.
He also won the UEFA Player of the Year last month.
