Mrs. Ijeoma Petromina Nwafenna is a  dedicated and highly resourceful school administrator.  Her leadership qualities as Proprietress and Managing Director of Sought Out Stars Foundation School in Ibeju-Lekki, Lagos State are widely acknowledged. As the strategic and dynamic administrator at the helm, she is the primary force behind the school’s educational vision, managing everything from curriculum design and staff evaluation to budget administration and policy revision.

Rooted in her commitment to fostering development through innovation, dynamism, and teamwork, she embodies the spirit of a modern educational leader whose personal touch impacts every child.

Her strong academic background provides the necessary framework for her comprehensive leadership. Mrs. Nwafenna holds a B.Tech in Project Management Technology from the Federal University of Technology Owerri (2008). She further honed her administrative expertise by obtaining a Postgraduate Diploma in Educational Administration and Planning from the University of Lagos (2017).

Ijeoma Nwafenna’s career demonstrates a progressive journey through various professional roles. Since February 2012, she has successfully led Sought Out Stars Foundation School, overseeing its growth and educational quality. Her early professional experiences include serving as a Teacher at King’s Crown International Nursery and Primary School, where she first applied her passion for teaching. She also gained valuable experience in marketing and research as an Interviewer at Research and Marketing Services Ltd and an Intern at Gosord Securities Ltd – roles that equipped her with the essential soft skills of clear communication, dynamic teamwork, and market understanding. Her strategic capabilities are highlighted by her prior project work on “End Value Analysis.”

Mrs. Nwafenna’s passion for development, management, and delivery of quality education is deep. Her efforts focus on strategic school leadership, curriculum innovation, student achievement monitoring, and staff development to enhance educational outcomes for Nigerian youth.
