Mrs. Adebukola Afolabi-Ogunyeye is an educator and teacher trainer. She advocates and promotes the delivery of quality education. She is the Proprietor of WIN-RITES Montessori School, an award-winning school located in Lagos.

She is a thorough professional, an expert in the early years foundation stage, and she understands the psychology of a child. She is also very resourceful to kids with learning disabilities.

Born on April 4, 1980, Adebukola comes from Epe Local Government Area of Lagos State. She attended Ikosi High School, Ketu, Lagos, earning her West African Secondary School Certificate in 1995. She received the Federal Government of Nigeria’s Scholarship as an outstanding student in 2002.

Mrs. Afolabi-Ogunyeye earned a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Calabar. She is also a Chartered Economist (A.C.E.). What is more? She holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Education.

Adebukola, a former banker, has worked with children for 15 years. She also runs a non-government organization which is focused on protecting children from abuse. Indeed, she is passionate about the total well-being of the child.

This highly resourceful woman is also an author. She loves reading and listening to good music. She is married and is the mother of three children.

It was in recognition of her contribution to nation building in the area of Development, Management and Delivery of Quality Education in Nigeria that Mrs Adebukola Afolabi-Ogunyeye was deemed worthy to be conferred with the Woman of Merit Gold Award.
